Report from Haute Cuisine Paris
Palais Royal in Paris was sent to Haute Cuisine Paris made into the hall for display as ECHIZEN JAPAN Knife Consortium for four days on the 10th from July 7.
It is the show with which interior design and a fashion were united focusing on the cooking culture of France.
Although it was the 1st holding, many leaders of the cooking community came.
They took the kitchen knife from Echizen in their hand, and had extolled the quality.

The Echizen Japan Knife series was awarded for the one of the most prestigious design award in Hannover, Germany, so called the Industry Forum Design Hannover (iF product design award).
